On my to-do list to think about, remotely logging GAIM and Adium conversations to a central server over XML-RPC (or something similar) and storing them in an SQL database where they can be viewed, searched, etc.
Basically this is so I can chat at work on my mac, or at home on my desktop, and have access to all my chat logs wherever I may need them (web interface?)
I haven't started yet, although I'm browsing the GAIM API now... I know there's an SQL logging plugin for Adium, I expect to have a look at the source for that sometime soon...
